Where's the Start Button?

"We downloaded the file system clean-up program and it won't run!"

Huh? It's not available for general download; it has to be requested for specific purposes. Check the back tickets for these guys and sure enough, their last ticket was handled by a colleague in Bangalore. A quick glance at their system: Solaris. A shudder as I click over to the attached files...

There it is: cleanup.exe. For a customer running Solaris.

Which is worse: one of our idiots sending a UNIX customer a Windows file or a UNIX admin actually trying to run a Windows program?

I swear this shit really happens. Every. Damned. Day.
